DGB are an established and highly reputable cleaning company based in Watford. Starting up as domestic and office cleaners back in 2010, serving just our local community.

DGB cleaning services became a Private Limited Company established in 2016, when DGB identified the need for a more comprehensive and professional cleaning service provision with the private, commercial, and public sectors.

Our mission is to deliver high quality service to our clients and cater to individual needs, in order to maintain our reputation of trust and reliability. Our goal is to lead by example and maintain the best practices and highest standards in the market.

Our People

Our experienced teams will work with you to fully understand the required scope of works. They have an in-depth knowledge of the standard that is required and the way in which we can deliver it.
Communication is clear from the first point of contact with our office, right through to our supervisors on site and our operatives working hard to deliver a first-class service.

The positive company ethos means that we have a high level of staff retention, which is something that is rare in our industry and integral in creating a culture of pride, staff growth and staff wellbeing.

Our SMSTS managers and SSSTS Supervisors are often promoted internally from within operative roles, DGB have a strong emphasis on training and development, and aim to offer all staff opportunities to build on their expertise, knowledge, and personal achievements.

The DGB workforce

The DGB workforce is at the heart of everything we do, key to our delivery of high quality of service. Our HR and Training team play huge part in the recruitment and development of our team.

Our training and development programmes, supported by top tier management, give our new and existing staff members the support, training, and guidance they need to succeed. We always aim to promote internally to ensure our supervisors and management team actively promote our systems, culture, and company values to the teams they manage.

We are constantly monitoring and reviewing our standards and report our findings via regular meetings with our clients and communication with our staff. We carry out regular site audits and inspections which means that we can quickly identify any issues and ensure that they are promptly resolved.
